    • Set-up and organisation of pre-sales, sales and after-sales.

    • Close cooperation with a life and nonlife insurance company.
  • Commissioned with the establishment of a Japanese branch office in Zurich, involving the following tasks:
    • Registration and permits for the branch office (main location in Europe)
    • Product acceptance in Switzerland
    • Liaison and establishment of other branch offices in neighbouring countries, later in Western Europe
    • Close cooperation with external partners (lawyers, marketing, trade show organisers, etc.)
    • Inventory management
    • Export and import
    • Purchasing & logistics
    • Infrastructure planning and acceptance
    • Actuarial organisation related to OASI [Old Age and Survivors Insurance], OPA [Occupational Pensions Act], IV [Invalidity Insurance], EU pension, liability insurance, automobile insurance, etc.
  • Project management (IT and Business)
  • Sales organisation (business development, direct sales, OEM, after sales)
  • Resource search at home and abroad (permits from the AWA & Seco)
    • If necessary, with an assessment from a business psychologist
  • Actuarial support
